My fellow empoyers and I have an issue with Barclays bank.When we post salaries our employees in other banks get their pay in time but it takes more than a week for those in barclays to get.The worst affected are the ones who have an account in Juja branch.it can even takes two weeks.you wonder what they do with our servants money.One of these days,there will be a mass walk out especially from teachers and those who work in academic institutions from the bank.wait until we private school owners meet and  discuss this issue

I had enough issues with them before I finally called it quits!  One time they would not let me bank a cheque from my employer as I needed to be 'introduced' to the bank whatever that means.  Another time they would not accept my passport as a form of identification to allow me to buy a bankers cheque through my account with them.  Anyway,I am now with KCB and the Gigiri Branch treats all like royalty.

 Why dont they bank with equity,coop or KCB.....Barclays in kenya is mo unpopular than MAN-U and PNU!
