Eveready up 16 per cent on its debut - Tuesday, December 19, 2006
Eveready East Africa shares rose by 15.8 per cent amid high demand in its first day of trading on the Nairobi Stock Exchange. The shares closed at Sh11 compared with Sh9.50 initial public offering price. The issue attracted demand for more than eight times the amount of shares on offer.
