@ tmat*,use the time between now and 4th Quarter to save up stash as much as you intend to invest. Applying for the offer should be pretty easy. Around Oct,it should be more clear on whether Crane goes public and if so when! If you have any problems,believe,right here on SK,a member will offer help around it.
