Sasini Tea back in the black - Wednesday, December 20, 2006

Sasini Tea and Coffee has announced a return to profitability, recording pre-tax earnings of Sh350 million for the year ended September 30.

The previous financial year ended with a pre-tax loss of Sh525 million. Turnover was up 26.5 per cent during the financial year under review to stand at Sh1.3 billion against Sh931 million registered in 2005.
